Bio of Archan Nick:
For some who have known Aj since the olden days, they will know that Arjan Nick has always been humble, easygoing and very low profile. RTA has the honour to know Arjan Nick and decided to let everyone know about this hidden gem among us. When I tried to request Arjan Nick to share his biography and learning path with me, being the usual humble guy, he told me just introduce his masters and said that he is the luksit. He wanted me to write and share more on his masters but just a tiny part on him. The reason behind his low profile nature is not because he has nothing to be proud of, in fact his journey of wiccha learning is comparable or even greater to some Ajs and Lps.
At a young age, Arjan Nick develop a vast interest in the art of learning Wiccha and started following local Aj Michael (Phra Ngan Fame, now deceased) who is the luksit of Aj Pajiao(Grandmaster of Phra Ngan). Aj Michael taught Arjan Nick the art of consecrating effective Khun pean, KuManThong and Phra Ngan. At the same time, he knows that communication barrier will hinder his path for more knowledge so he started to learn Thai language through books, internet and keep practicing. After having learned all of Aj Michael’s wiccha, Arjan Nick went in search of more masters. He got to know Phrakru Panya Sutthaporn, luksit of LP Phromma Wat SuanHin PaNangKuay who is well versed in Lersi wiccha. Phrakru taught Arjan Nick his Lersi wiccha and after following Phrakhru for a few years, Arjan Nick went tudong with Phrakru in Ubon Ratchathani.
During his tudong in the jungles of Ubon Ratchathani, he went through everything which a forest monk should during this period and further excel his knowledge through meetings with various monks or lersis on tudong.
Arjan Nick met Lp Nak, Wat Thamkia in Khon Kean, where his first meditation place was a cave at the foot of the mountain where Lp Nak’s temple is. His meeting with Lp Nak enables him to learn the wiccha of Kongkrapan(invincibility) and salika
After he completed his tudong, Arjan Nick was lucky to meet and learn from Lp Lianchai Wat Thamsamontha, Udon Thani who is the nephew of Thailand Top 10 monk Lp Fant. His meeting with Lp Lianchai enable him to further his meditation practice and be imparted with the skill of making takruts and the wiccha of Metta Maha Niyom(charming, loving kindess, attraction).
Even after being armed with such vast knowledge, Arjan Nick is always searching for more masters to learn more. Throughout his meetings with all the masters, Arjan Nick always remember what his masters said. “To put his Wiccha to good use and help people” Arjan Nick remember his masters teaching and have always been actively in helping the poor and needy, organising trips to help schools in Thailand, building Temples and recently organise food donation drive for local Singapore old folks.
RTA is proud to announce that Arjan Nick will be setting up his Samnak Barami in our shop and also set up his all time famous Phra Ngan Altar here. Arjan Nick knows that people who doesn’t understand Phra Ngan worship but just follow blindly what others said often get themselves into deep trouble, he decided to have his samnak set up in our shop so that people who wanted to know more will be able to find him more easily.
As usual for his humble nature, Arjan Nick remind me to mentioned that he is still not capable enough to take in luksits. So don’t come asking to be his disciple.
It will be a full-day event located at recently opened amulet shop, Regent Thai Artifact where Samnak Barami is using part of its premises. This is the chance that all of you have been waiting for to see Archan Nick in his very own Samnak Barami!
Location Address:
#02-13
Golden Mile Tower
6001 Beach Road, Singapore 199589
Hope to see everyone there on Saturday (27/12/2014) and Merry Christmas to all in advance! Thank you.

Kathina Day, Korat, Thailand

Sharing a day spent in Korat with Archan Nick and his devotees from Singapore and Malaysia. A visit was made to Wat Donsawan in Korat which also belongs to Phrakhru Panya Sutthaporn of Wat Kerwan in Maha Sarakham.

Many local devotees were in awe when Archan Nick had the honour to lead and start off the chanting ceremony. They were impressed that a non-Thai can chant so well and some refused to believe that Archan Nick was a foreigner! After which, Archan Nick also represented the masses in offering the robes to the monks.

Kathina Day is a day where people offer monk robes to the monks after they complete their 3 months of rain retreat. It is an event that is carried out in all Thai temples annually and is a very meritorious activity for all devotees.

Besides joining in Kathina Day at Wat Donsawan, Korat, we also managed to participate in the Kathina Day at Wat Kerwan, Maha Sarakham, the main temple of Phrakhru Panya Sutthaporn. On behalf of Phrakhru Panya Sutthaporn, Samnak Barami would like to thank all devotees for your kind donations and contributions in this year's Kathina Event at his two temples. We hope to see more devotees join us for our trip next year and may everyone be blessed!

This trip also saw Samnak Barami visiting temples of many top gurus in Northern Thailand and photos of these visits will be posted up soon, so do stay tuned!

Black Wood Palakit (1st Batch Palakit)

Master: Archan Nick
Temple: Samnak Barami
Year: 2557

Description: After sourcing for the right type of wood, these hard and dense black wood are individually hand carved into palakits. Only 9 were made as these kind of wood are very hard to look for. Also, the density and hardness of the wood makes it extremely difficult to carve into these palakits. Archan Nick blessed these palakits for many days before further adding yants by engraving to give it extra power. Another few rounds of chanting was done before it was ready for devotees to bring it home. Every piece comes with a serial number from 1 to 9.

Purpose: These palakits are made mainly for wealth attraction and also Metta Mahaniyom.

As these 9 palakits were very quickly snapped up by hardcore fans of Archan Nick, do stay tuned for the 2nd Batch of palakits that Archan Nick will be making in the near future for all to rent!
